Four Peak Homes Standard Inclusion List
This list includes standard items in a Four Peak Home and is what makes us unique. What would otherwise be considered an upgrade is standard for us. These are just a few of the basic inclusions in our homes. There is nothing our team can’t make happen for you. For more information about materials or selections, please reach out to our team. - Septic install and well drilling (if applicable).
- All framing per plan including basement.
- 9’ basement wall height.

- Backfill and flat work concrete prep to be done with gravel (not just dirt).

- Gutters included whole house.
- $8 sf exterior and interior stone material budget.
- 30 year asphalt shingles and standing seam metal roof (if applicable).
